Japan, actually the Japanese affiliate of NY Parsons School of Design.

home page?
No it is not. This site's purpose is to show Design
work produced at the school or elsewhere by students, teachers, former
students and even former teachers. The only limitation is that it should
be good quality and in some way related to the school. All persons in
the above mentioned categories are invited and welcome to participate
in this project.
Parallel to showing Design work, another aim of this page is to promote
and launch the discussion of Design issues, with special emphasis on educational
aspects.
